I have a 16 month old that has been an awesome sleeper since 3-4 months- we are lucky, and we know that! However, over the last couple of weeks she has been waking up crying 1-4 times a night. She goes back to sleep within a minute or two every time, but I don't! I'm 6.5 months pregnant right now and it's starting to take its toll on me. I was considering unplugging the monitor at night since I know she wakes between 6:30-7-ish every morning anyway. Her nursery is not far from our bedroom and though I'd hate for her to get to a stage of distress, I know I'd hear her if she was actually crying more than just the usual wakings she's been having lately. I feel guilty, but I'm exhausted. Has anyone done this or dealt with this before?
