Hi ladies! I am just entering the sex world and I want to protect myself as much as I can. I am 19. What are your recommendations? I was between an implant because it is low maintance but it has too many side effects and the pill but I'm scared to miss one.

Make sure to do your research. Getting on the pill dried me up and ruined my libido, which led to me getting vaginismus. This likely won't happen to you but make sure you're fine with worst case scenarios. A lot of women with implants have also gotten Ic from it, or from the process of removing it. The shot has been known to make women gain weight.. Etc
