Hospital Gown

Thoughts on bringing your own hospital gown for delivery? I've always HATED those ugly and unflattering gowns from the hospital and I've seen some really cute ones on Etsy with all the functionality of a hospital gown, just much cuter. I plan on having after delivery pics taken and I don't want to look like a washed out blob. Lol. Is this something any of you are planning on doing or am I just being impractical?
