How long

Its with a heavy heart I write this. I had an ultrasound yesterday and our baby did not have a heartbeat ;( I should be between 10-11 weeks and baby only measured about 8 weeks. I have not had any cramping or bleeding. Dr said it could take a couple weeks to pass it naturally But if I dont to come back for a pill or possibly dnc. I'm heartbroken, this wait is nothing but torture has anyone else went through this. I honestly wish I could have the dnc and it be over with. How long does this have to be dragged out?
