My baby girl is one week old today and she has been constipated pretty much the whole time--she had the black tar poop at first but ever since its just been hard, small balls. She's formula fed and her doctor recommended putting an extra 1/2 oz of water in one bottle a day so we tried that, but she would spit up just from that bottle and it wasn't helping. Anyone have any more recommendations? She has another doctor appointment tomorrow but wanted to see if there's anything we can do until then.
