Go or stay?

I'm having contractions that are about 4 minutes apart but only last for 30 seconds or so. They are only mildly painful ....should I stay home or go to the hospital? Third baby and my water has broken with my last two....I never needed to time contractions and make a judgement call as to whether to go in or not.
