What are the best prenatal vitamins to get? How much are they?

I take rainbow lite its the best for you they taste gross but its food based and that's what you want. Its the best one to actually get all your vitamins in some don't work as good.

It depends on you. The one a day vitamins made me constipated so I switched to Flinstones with Iron. Then I found a generic prenatal brand at the pharmacy and so far hard no problems. The generic ones were about $9, but again it depends on what you get and how big.

I love Vitapearls. They are prescription, but covered 100% by my insurance. They get shipped to my house free of charge, as well. If you do not have insurance, they cost $25 per month (including shipping). These have additional iron in them, which helped as my pregnancy progressed.

I just changed my prenatal because my others were making me sick. I changed to citrinatal assure they were recommended by a friend of mine they are all plant based even the DHA. They are prescription only and a little pricey if your insurance won't cover them. But in my opinion they are so worth is no gross after taste and no nausea for hours after taking my vitamins.

I have been using Nature's Made with DHA for about 7 months now and they work great one pill although a little huge and with food and I spent $12 for a 90 supply. I have used the Walgreens brand as well as the Target brand. Nature's Made by far is my favorite
