Implantation Bleeding or AF?

This morning after a BFN, I started light brown spotting (size of a quarter)

I'm curious if anyone thinks it could be AF or possibly late implantation bleeding at 13 DPO? My temp is still high which is why I wonder.

Any help is really appreciated, I'm stressing out.
