Morning sickness or ...just sickness??

First thing this morning I was running for the bathroom knowing I was about to throw up. The nausea, dizziness, and vomiting just came out of the blue.

I'm wondering what the experience of morning sickness feels like. I know everybody is different with their pregnancy, but there must be some commonality that I can either relate this morning to or see a clear difference.

For the record, if I am pregnant, I don't know it yet. I only know that I am 2-4 days late.
