OMG Sciatic Pain!!! WTH.

I'm desperate. I'm 35 weeks pregnant and woke up today with DEBILITATING sciatic pain. It feels like someone is tasing me in the back of my left leg, and it comes and goes with her movements. I don't know if she's squishing a nerve or what, but it's so painful when it happens, im literally screaming.

Walking doesnt help, sitting is still really painful, and even laying in certain positions aggravates it. Took a Tylenol to no avail anything stronger then tylenol is an absolute no. I haven't called the dr yet because i don't know what he can do anyway. Anyone experience this? Any advice to help? My SO works really hard and I don't want to bug him with this either, i feel like it's always something and I can almost hear his eyes rolling, but this is absolutely terrible.
