This is mine. I did take the Vitamin D before ttcing, though. I also take a calcium chew about twice a week, and I use Pregnitude.

I do an active B complex, extra active B6, extra active folic acid (5-MTHF) and tons of vitamin D (liquid) because I was severely deficient a year ago and your body gets rid of any it doesn't need. I will likely be adding more B12 now that I have started metformin and I want to add calcium, magnesium, iron,l and vitamin C eventually but I have tons of food sensitivities and have to add them slowly to know if I can take them and I have to take vegetarian capsule and I have to have active formulas because I have IBD which causes malabsorption. I will continue all the vitamins even after TTC and pregnancy except for the extra folic because it's the only one I don't need when not pregnant or TTC.

I now feel like I'm not taking enough supplements!

I have Vitamin D (i alternate between 2000ui, 1600ui and 800ui because I was very deficient before ttc), Starflower & Primrose Oil, Folic Acid and a combination Vitamin B.

My husband takes 10mg Lycopene and a general multivitamin. We both have a probiotic drink too

Add true cinnamon capsule.  Helps lower the size and the likelihood of a cyst  erupting in a painful  way.
