Had my first born back in July he is now 8 months old and anytime I'm doing anything that involves bending over or lots of use with my back like cleaning or working out I get a shooting pain and tingling numb sensation in my lower back right on my spine my legs and lower back go numb and start tingling I'm wondering if this is something else or if it is residual side effects from my epidural. Does anyone else experience this?
