I'm a FTM at 37w1d. I haven't had any Braxton hicks so I'm not exactly sure what it's supposed to feel like. Today after sex I've been having what feels like dull menstrual cramps. Every now and then they get a little more intense for a few seconds. Are these BH? If so, how long should I expect these to last? It's been about 4 hours. Could I have kick started labor? Please help! Thanks in advance!
