I'm 11 weeks and already grew 1 cup size. They are insanely sensitive to touch and sore 24/7. Even when I was 5 weeks when I took my bra off in the evening I would be in tears it hurt so bad. My boobs though are my biggest symptom besides fatigue as I've had no morning sickness and feel great!

By chest I'm guessing you mean breasts. 
For me I noticed right away with both pregnancies. I've always been a B cup non pregnant and right away my breasts jumped up to a D cup. It's different for everyone though

Right away. I'll only be 14w on Tuesday and after weeks of dealing with uncomfortable bras I got resized. I was up a little more than a cup size a month ago.

Mine have been sore and sensitive for most of my pregnancy. I'm 5 1/2 months nearly. Mine did not grow a cm! So mad! The one thing I was looking forward to! I'm a plus size girl with barely a B cup. Would have been nice to at least fit properly into a bra for once! Grrr!

Mine started to hurt right away. It's usually my first sign that I am pregnant. Mine never hurt except when I am pregnant
