Sensitive Teeth

Hi Ladies! I'm currently in my TWW - about 7 DPO - and I'm trying really hard not to symptom spot this month. I'm not feeling anything unusual, but my teeth and gums really hurt. It's not like they're sensitive to hot and cold, but more of a dull, throbbing feeling. Also, it's not one tooth in particular but pretty much the whole top of my mouth. Has anyone experienced this prior to their BFP (I know it is common a little later in pregnancy)? Thanks! 😊
