I just had mine inserted in January and overall it's been a good experience. I find my PMS symptoms are much better and my period is lighter, although it does last about twice as long. I will say that the insertion process was incredibly painful for me and I couldn't have sex until about a week after, but all in all I'd definitley take Jaydess over the pill anyday.
