Has anybody ever conceived with blocked tube

I have 1 blocked Fallopian tube and the other 1 is badly scared 😢 everything else is perfect with my health and my husbands health I'm wondering should I go for <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> or <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> I don't really understand much about this I'm 30 and being tycoon for 7 years now !!
