Im having a problem with drinking water I can't drink water what so ever , did anyone go through the same problem or are ?

I'm 19 weeks and still can't drink plain water. I get Crystal Light flavoring packets to help and lots of watered down juice.

What type of water are you gals drinkin?  I stick to SPRING WATER typically ice mountain and it's so good but i also didn't drink soda or sugary drinks before so if your used to those it can mess up your taste for water...its funny i love water bit i crave sierra mist or sprite sometimes even rootbeer and i didnt drink those b4 in awhile haha

🙋🏻🙋🏻🙋🏻 I probably went 6 weeks where I just couldn't stomach water!!! I still can't do just plan water I have to add lemon or lime... I survived by drinking Gatorade (the g2 version has a lot less sugar) and lemonade. I also have found crystal light mixes work well for on the go. I finally could drink water around 15 weeks again. Good luck!!

I set up a reward system for myself! I got a big bottle and made myself drink a cup every hour. After 8 hours I let myself have a soda or something that I was really craving. My doctor told me that you should drink twice as much water for every ounce of whatever else you drink (so an 8oz can of Coke means I would have to drink 16oz of water).
