Menstrual cramps
So I am having a particularly bad AF right now...First one following an ectopic pregnancy and the cramps are so bad, I actually feel nauseous. Normally, I only get cramps on day 1 like right before I start but these seem to just be getting worse 😕 I took some ibuprofen and I'm hoping that will kick in soon.
What do you ladies do for bad menstrual cramping? Because I know it is unfortunately a regular thing for some...
