Anyone have this issue?

Anyone else get dried out sometimes during sex? Had my fan on last night and I was on top it didn't help. It kinda hurt for a second to go back down on it completely. Now today I have a sore spot on my bottom lip by the opening. No it doesn't burn and yea it's called a dr I've been before thinking i had something and was checked so chill out. But Anyone else have this happen to them?
