Anime convention while pregnant?

Do you think it wouldn't be quite recommended to go to an Anime convention while pregnant? Im ony way to the biggest one in New England in Boston and i feel weird like i shouldn't go but this is probably my last chance to go as i am both financially able to go before my baby is born. Im 17 weeks pregnant. I know i may be a little too old for it but ive been wanting to go years prior to it and couldn't afford it. Just wanted to experience something new before i retire to be a stay at home mom for a while.

Then do it! Don't just sit around at home because you'll have a baby in a few months. Who cares if you're "a little old" (what does that mean, anyway? I know 45 year olds who love anime). Better to go do things while you can!

As long as you're feeling good, go have fun. Make sure you drink lots of water and listen to your body. If it says sit and take a rest, go ahead and do so.

I would go. Our comic con is mid May here. The only reason I'm not going is because I will be 38 weeks and won't be able to walk around that long. I'm not into that stuff but I love ppl watching. Hubs and my son are going with some friends.

Update: Thanks you ladies i felt much better and ended up going. Sadly SO was very upset that i went even tho he said i could. Here's a pic of my cosplay. Lol im the purple one.
