Not sure what to do??

I went into preterm labor last weekend at 31 weeks with didi twins boys I was in the hospital all week and was finally released to go home and do bed rest til 35 weeks they sent me home on pacardia well last night I started having major reactions to it legs went numb now burning and jerking all over chills and fever all night so I stopped taking it in the middle of the night.... I don't know how to get a hold of my Dr over the weekend? Has any one ever experienced this with this med?? And they tried it all and this was the only thing that slowed my contractions down any..
