Nipple cream/balm

Looking for recommendations on nipple cream. Preferably organic, low chemical. I know breast milk and coconut oil will help but should I have something on hand that has a little extra kick to it? Getting overwhelmed with brands hahaha. Earth mama angel baby, honest company,  burts bees? Please let me know your favourite brands or remedies :)
