I just found out I was pregnant Wednesday. I think I'm 5 weeks according to my last period. I haven't had any pregnancy symptoms I just took a test because I was 5 days late on my period. I have a little head cold, didn't take anything obviously because I can't.. Today I went to use the restroom and a little bloody (bright red) discharge was in the toilet.. Should I be worried or call my doctor? I haven't even had my 1st parental visit but I'm kind of freaking out..
