2 day period?

I spotted for a day, then had two days of heavy flow (which started two days earlier than af was due to start) and now nothing for a whole day. That's weird-what's going on with my body??

My periods have always been 2-3 days (usually 2). My obgyn said that's fine if it's always been that way. She said the only cause for concern with a short period is if it's not your usual pattern (i.e if you went from having 5 days of heavy bleeding to 2 days, etc)

That's how long my periods are and I actually prefer it that way. 😊
