First ultrasound wait

I'm anxiously waiting for a first ultrasound to see if I'm expecting more than one due to follistim injections our 2nd cycle of IUI we got a positive and I'm now 6 weeks 2 days pregnant. So excited after a year and a half of trying! At 3 weeks 6 days my hcg was 78 I think then 6 days later it was 185. Also my Dr is having me do crinone cream even though my levels were normal. Hoping all is well but the wait is killer 1 more week until ultrasound. I'm due November 17th congratulations to all!
