Yeast infection. See a doctor for a prescription to get rid of it. They occur when you have white discharge like that and itching in or around the "lady area". I've gotten them a few times in the past

You might have a yeast infection or if it is after your period, it could just be the cervix thickening back up. If you are pregnant it could be from the uterus thickening. The best way to know for sure would be to see/talk to your doctor.
