I am 3 weeks PP and had a vaginal delivery. I have just recently stopped bleeding but now I am having some yellow discharge coming from my vaginal delivery.. Wondering if I should call doc

No, as long as it doesn't have an odor, it's completely normal for the color to change throughout your postpartum period. It will eventually turn to a more clear discharge towards the end.
