Losing weight problems.

I've walked to work and back home everyday and not one, I lost weight. Not one. And I've tried SO hard to excercise and nothing is doing anything to help to lose weight. I try not to eat anything dairy, starch, or any meat, but it's hard because that's what I've been eating since I was a little kid. And Since I'm on birth control its kinda hard because I gained PLENTY of fckin weight on birth control. Even when I was on the birth control pill, I gained PLENTY of weight😏😒. But you can't really help what you're craving for either😞. I miss my old body😔. I do. I need help here! Or at least suggestions...
