Okay, so I WAS engaged. I met my ex when I was 14, he was 16. We dated for over four years and he proposed November of 2014. I moved in with him at his parents house and everything. We broke up because he admitted to cheating on me last summer. I won't dive into the details but it was horrific. After we broke up (3 weeks ago) i had 3 one night stands. No regrets or anything. My ex was the only person I had been with so I wanted to "experience" other people. So anyways, I met this guy who I think is really sweet and funny. Super cute too. And I hung out with him yesterday. Basically how the day went: I go to his house, his friend is there and they are doing an oil change on his truck. We take his friend home. This guy takes a shower and I watch tv while I wait. Then he calls his friend and we go get some food, blah blah blah. We go back to his house and watch a movie. They both pass out. I'm sitting there, at this guys house basically by myself watching a movie. Then the movie is over and i go outside to smoke real quick. I come back in and they tell me that they are going to a bar. Which, before that, this guy told me that last weekend he went out to this bar and his friend had tried to hook him up with some girl. So they inform me that they are going to a bar so I leave. He tells me that we can hang out whenever and next time we will plan something. The thing is, we did have something planned, we were suppose to go to the movies together. But that obviously didn't happen. So I guess what I'm asking is, is he not interested? Was he just shy and that's why he had his friend there? I don't know what to think. My friends keep telling me to give it another shot if he texts me. I just don't know. I can't be let down anymore. And I'm known for getting my hopes up...
