I got my mirena IUD in April 2015 and have not had a period since November 2015. My boyfriend and I do not use another form of birth control and he does not pull out. How can I track when I'm ovulating so I can be more careful during that timeframe? Without having a period idk how I would know when ovulation is taking place...
