I got diagnosed with Endometriosis a little over a year ago. And I've been off the pill since September and we been TTC with no luck, and my periods are very irregular. I want to do everything possible to try to get pregnant, but I don't want our love life to become a chore, and it's starting to become that way. We have fights and the whole nine yards. What do ya'll do to prevent it? I feel like I have no one to talk to about this.
