Please seek medical attention ASAP that's quite a lot of blood, and large clots to be passing. Loosing that much blood can cause anemia, low iron levels, and shock to your body. I'd go to an ER, soon!!

Same thing happened to me at 6.5 weeks and I had sub chronic hematoma and was out on pelvic rest for first trimester. Doctor said it heals on its own if I do what hey say. I'm at 10.2 weeks and no spotting for about a week! Make sure to call your doctor tomorrow just to be safe. Good luck!
