Help?

Hey ladies! I am 23 weeks pregnant, and I am having some pretty uncomfortable pain in the upper right side of my stomach (about 4 inches beside my belly button). The only relief I get is if I lay really still on my side..

Also, my stomach has been achy all day but I figured it was just from ligament pain, I was also having pain in my lower abdomin where my ovaries would be.. Does anyone know what this could be?? I'm sure it's probably nothing, but, I am a worry wart!
