Miscarrying at the moment, and the clots already passed last night and this morning but I still have cramps

These cramps I have after the clots passed are even more painful and longer lasting than the cramps before the bleeding and clots. I starting bleeding Wednesday but the actual miscarriage is happening now over this weekend. Are all these cramps afterwards normal? I was 6 weeks. I will have an appointment Wednesday. What kinds of things should I ask? First miscarriage
