Pain!!!

What can manifest as a bladder infection without actually being a bladder infection? I keep getting positive urine dips but when its sent out results come back as no infection. Iv been dealing with this pain my whole pregnancy but my dr just keeps doing the same test or snuffing it off as not an issue, its gotten to the point where i have no bladder control what so ever and if i do make it to a toilet in time i cant feel myself peeing because everything down there is so numb 😣😭😫
