Sudden scary symptoms? Do I need the ER?

So yesterday I got some really bad neck pain which continued into today and spread into my head and shoulders, I have been exhausted and sometimes I get dizzy and I have been going through bouts of nausea all day and I am 29+1 with my rainbow baby. Could I have just slept weird or should I phone the ER and ask whether this warrants a trip to the ER #JuneMommy

Wow this is so crazy to read! I'm also 29 weeks and 1 day and a few days ago my neck and left side of shoulder/upper back hurt so bad that I called into work because I couldn't turn my neck that direction. The next day, the pain from the left side was gone and had moved to the right. I just did some simple neck rolls to stretch it out and it seemed to help. I never went to doctor because I figured I just slept wrong. After a few days, all the pain was gone and I'm back to normal. Also, at my 28 week check up I fainted, I've never fainted before in my life. My dr assured me it's just a part of pregnancy and it mostly occurs during third trimester. 😔 Hope this helped a little. It can be a tension head ache. It makes your neck and shoulders hurt so bad. If you aren't sure call the ER

I would call just to put your mind at rest if nothing else. No point in stressing yourself out if a quick call could put you at ease :)
