Can I get pregnant while on the pill?

I'm on my 3rd pack of loestrin birth control and me and my boyfriend have been having unprotected sex alot lately, and I've been feeling kinda sick, and really tired, nauseous in the morning and late nights, and getting sick to my stomach when eating stuff I usually like and I haven't been able to eat much of anything.

I was on the pill for 10 years and I always felt sick. Tired, upset tummy/nausea, cranky, etc. no matter what dosage I was on (I changed every few years to find something that worked), I just didn't react well to the hormones. If you end up getting AF and you continue to feel this way, talk to you dr about trying a different pill/dosage.

My first I was on the pill...my second I had a iud and my body rejected it and ripped out on its own very painful then ended up getting pregnant after that with my second. ..this my third I wasn't trying to prevent it or trying for it just happens but took over 3 years with the pull out method sadly was the most effective way for myself...this baby is the last tubal sterilization during planed c section.

If you just started it, I was advised (altho this was years ago, maybe it's different now) not to have unprotected sex until after 3 months on the pill so your body adjusts and it is fully effective. It's also important to take it perfectly, like the same time everyday to make it most effective. You can get pregnant on the pill but it can also make you feel crappy the way youre describing too from the hormones.
