30 weeks today, has my baby's head engaged?

Hi ladies
Had a lot of pressure on my cervix, bladder and pelvis this morning. She rummages around on it and it's quite painful and it feels like she's pressing down on it- could this be her head engaging?

My baby has been head down since 26 weeks, but moves about then goes back to head down.  30 weeks is the normal time for them to be head down.

It's way too early for the head to engage, it's just baby growth and pressing on your bladder
