Getting extremely anxious!

At 36 weeks I wasn't dialted at all but my cervix was soft and short so I wasn't expecting much of a change at my 37 week appointment but I was 2cm and 70% effaced. Now I'm almost 38 weeks and I'm SO anxious for my water to just break or for something to happen!!! Buuuut nothing. No regular contractions or anything. The waiting game of labor starting is so mentally exhausting 😩😂 go back to the dr Thursday...
