What finally got you pregnant?

This will be month 8 for my husband and I. Once my period is over with I want to be well equipped and motivated to try again. What got you finally to conceive? We have tried tracking my bbt, my cervical position, my cm, I used opk's, I'm taking prenatals, he's taking maca, and I tried vitex last cycle. 
I'm losing hope.

Wow! I've never used anything, other than preseed, for about 2 months.. then I stopped.

Hubby and I tried to conceive for a year and a half. (I never tracked anything though, and just went by Glow) Some months were more diligent than others.. I decided I wanted to focus on my health and fitness, started eating better, and working out.. 2 months later, I was pregnant! Only had sex 4 tines that month, and i didn't ovulate when Glow said I did 😂 .. I was, and still am, in complete  shock.. it definitely happens when you least expect it to.

Relax :) and have sex in the morning :) worked for me after 13months of trying x

We tried for 3 months using preseed, opk kits, Geritol, soft cups. I stopped trying bc I wanted to lose weight and that's when I got pregnant. You have to relax. I honestly think that stress caused us not to conceive.

Relax. I took me about 4/5 months to conceive. Stress can cause you not get pregnant. (:

The first time, we tried 18 months. I finally got pregnant the one month we didn't try. We were out of town visiting a lot and working a ton so we didn't track or do anything and I got pregnant. This time I used OPK's and temping and watching my CM but I added in PreeSeed the third month and got my positive a week ago. Every pregnancy is different.
