I'm not sure how many dpo iam. How do you ladies work it out? Would 19th be day one?

The day you ovulate you start counting after that day. So if you ovulate on the 19th for example you start counting 1dpo on the 20th

My highest fertile day I count as ovulation because I don't temp and cm confirms is correct. I'd say only by looking at yours that you are about 5/6 dpo. We can only guess...
