Cloth diapers!!??

Question

Who uses them?? I plan on  using them for money and environmental purposes. Anyone have insight of how it actually is?

Not much different than disposables, except that you throw the dirties in a pail or wet bag until laundry time instead of the trash. The laundry takes very little effort, and I love the soft fleece interior of my baby's pocket dipes for wicking moisture away. Pockets are also a nice style because you can customize absorbency (we use cheap, quick-drying microfiber during the day, super absorbent hemp/cotton at night). Also, I personally hate the smell of disposables, and my baby will go from birth to potty training for about $500.

We cloth! We have disposables if we're going to be out for a while as backup (I need a bigger stash) but my eight month old and I love the fluff bum! My favorites are bumgenius, Imagine, and GroVia (although GroVia ones are HUGE lol)
The wash routine isn't bad at all- if just recommend having a washer and dryer if you're going to cloth. I'd hate having to take them somewhere to be cleaned all the time.
Also I'm not a fan of Alva baby or the Amazon and target ones. They have more leaks for us than the other brands

I tried a cloth diaper once at night as we were struggling with leaks. Huge mistake. I don't know how anyone has enough spare time to scrape poop, soak diapers, do laundry every day. I just can't be bothered. You cloth diaper mom are magical wizards lol

I used mine when we were home but when we went out I used disposables bc i didn't have a wet bag .
