Going to prom pregnant!!! Pls help!!

So I got this as my prom dress & it fits perfect with room to grow even I'll be 23 weeks at prom I'm just wondering is this a little "slutty" to be going to prom in. I'm out of high school and my boyfriend is a senior we are both 19 so please no rude comments about our age ☺️ thanks guys!
