Favorite freezable dinners?

I have a 5 year old and a husband with an unpredictable schedule. Most of the time it is left completely up to me to decide what's for dinner, do the shopping, cooking and cleaning. Looking for easy recipes for after baby is born but especially if you have any suggestions for meals I can make now, just double and freeze for when baby gets here.

I do a lot of freezer meals. I have a month worth of meals including breakfast in my freezer right now. Pinterest was a huge help for me!  Look up "dump meals" so that you are not stuck doing only casseroles. Also look into freezing seasoned meat so that you only have to heat it up and fix a side.

Any sort of casserole is great to freeze. I also like to make meatballs and freeze them. Then I can just throw the meatballs in some noodles and sauce and have a super easy meal. If you get on Pinterest, there are a lot of make and freeze crockpot meals as well!

I find soups, chili, and stews to be the easiest freezer dinners.

All I have to do is switch the container from the freezer to fridge the day before then by dinner time just put it in a pot to reheat.

There's lots of crockpot recipes you can freeze ingredients in bags together ahead of time and just dump it all in the pot in the morning to have it ready for dinner. Pinterest is the place to find those.
