Hello Ladies- just wondering if anyone has used vitex and if it has been helpful TTC? I was on the iud mirena for 4 years and recently came off in Jan. I was recommended to use Vitex to help normalized hormones since having the IUD for so many years. I took it for a cycle and had a decent period plus less cramping but I'm now hearing conflicting stories on it and it could actually mess with your cycle. Any feedback would be great!
