Braxton Hicks or cramps?
I just had a sudden, random, horrible sharp pain in my left lower abdomen. Like, I gasped out loud. It lasted about 30 seconds then went away. I'm 23 weeks, could these just be Braxton Hicks or is it cramping? It really hurt! :-/
