Proud of myself
I struggle with self esteem issues alot. So this morning when I got on the scale and seen 189.2 it was a complete shock. At the beginning of the year I was 221 pounds which is the most I've ever weighed. I gained all that weight from the deposit shot. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! I have lost 32 pounds from Jan 16 to now!
