Restless legs?

Anyone else dealing with RLS this pregnancy?  The last couple of nights I toss and turn, because my legs just are not having it.  I don't really know if there is anything that can be done for it if anything!

Yes! I've had it my whole life but it's really bad now that I'm pregnant!!!! There are times that I don't fall sleep for hours because I can't stop moving. It's very frustrating

Drinking a tsp or two of dill pickle juice helps. I dnt know why but it does.

I use hylands restless legs. It's natural and works wonders for me! Give it a try. It might help some! Also, I get Charlie horses a lot and so I eat 1-3 bananas a day to keep them away, and it seems to help with RLS.

Taking warm bath or shower helps me most nights. Some nights though there is nothing to be done. Poor hubby always ends up on the couch because of it; thankfully he's a good sport about it.

Yes!! Every other night when I lay in bed I feel I need to keep moving my legs drives me mad!!
