I'm a bit confused for my first appointment. I need a check up etc. So I'm assuming a nurse gives you a gown to change into in your room but then do you lay on the table for the doctor? Or just sit there? I feel weird to already be in position. And do they check your boobs??? I am very nervous 😢 any advice please!
